Bonnaud Estates is a family business specializing in seasonal rental management in Cannes and Antibes.
But before it is a company, it is first and foremost a story.
It all starts with Arthur, owner of an apartment in Cannes, bought with a view to rental investment.
Very quickly, a reality becomes clear:
Seasonal rentals are a real profession.

An experience that reveals the limitations of the market
One thing is clear: without a method and without a local presence, seasonal rentals on the French Riviera can become counterproductive.
After several attempts at management through intermediaries, the results have not been satisfactory:

From personal experience
to a company
In 2014, Arthur decided to launch his business to support other owners facing the same problems.
The beginnings are simple but demanding, involving complete property management, accommodation preparation, welcoming guests, and creating and managing listings.
Each step is controlled.
It is this field experience that makes it possible to build a reliable, structured and reproducible management method.
Indeed, in 2018, Capucine, Arthur's sister, decided to embark on Arthur's adventure by leaving her job and dedicating herself exclusively to seasonal rentals.
A close-knit duo, as one has specialized in seasonal rental management for several years and the other in private concierge services and hotel services, they decided to join forces and create a 100% local and family-owned business.
Arthur and Capucine now have a team that is growing every day to perfect the satisfaction of their clients (owners and tenants!).
